Membership, billing and cancellation terms
These terms explain how Job Drop’s paid monthly memberships work. By purchasing Insider or Pro, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership plans
Insider costs $9.99 per month and Pro costs $19.99 per month. The benefits shown on the checkout page and Job Drop website are included while the applicable membership remains active. Job Drop may improve or change plan features, but will not change your recurring price without the notice required by law.
2. Automatic monthly renewal
Paid memberships renew automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled. Stripe securely processes the payment. Job Drop does not store full card numbers.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access through that date. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid another charge. For cancellation or billing help, email jmoss9229@gmail.com from the address used at checkout.
4. Refunds
Membership charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, and partial-month or prorated refunds are not ordinarily provided. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law. Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors will be reviewed and corrected.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and request an updated payment method. Premium access may be suspended or returned to the Free plan until payment is successfully completed.
6. Member access
Membership is for the purchasing customer and may not be shared, resold, or used to redistribute premium job leads or paid resources. Access ends when a paid membership expires, is canceled, or is terminated for misuse.
7. Job-listing disclaimer
Job Drop reviews leads for freshness and legitimacy, but employers control their listings and hiring decisions. A membership does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employment, or any particular result. Applicants should confirm requirements on the employer’s official application page.
8. Billing questions and disputes
Please contact Job Drop first about an unfamiliar or incorrect charge so it can be investigated promptly. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising lawful rights with your payment provider.
