Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Job Drop LLC’s website, job listings, accounts, career tools, digital products, and paid memberships. By using Job Drop or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase or create a paid membership. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify Job Drop of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account.
2. What Job Drop provides
Job Drop provides curated remote-job leads, state and experience filters, direct links to employer application pages, saved-job and application-tracking tools, résumé resources, digital downloads, and membership features. Available features may vary by plan and may be improved, replaced, or discontinued.
3. Job listings and hiring disclaimer
Job Drop is an independent career-resource service and is not the employer, staffing agency, or hiring decision-maker for third-party listings unless expressly stated. Employers control job descriptions, eligibility, state restrictions, pay, application systems, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions. Listings can change or close without notice. Job Drop checks leads for freshness and legitimacy but cannot guarantee that every employer-provided detail is complete or error-free.
Job Drop does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, salary, career outcome, or response from an employer. Before applying, confirm the current requirements and availability on the employer’s official application page. Never send money, gift cards, banking credentials, or sensitive identity information to an unverified recruiter.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Job Drop only for lawful, personal career-search purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-copy the service; resell, republish, or redistribute premium leads or paid resources; share paid account access; bypass access controls; interfere with the website; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit false information; or use Job Drop to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
5. Memberships, billing, and cancellation
Paid memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled. Prices, included features, cancellation timing, refunds, failed payments, and related rules are explained in the Membership, Billing and Cancellation Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Digital products
Digital templates, workbooks, downloads, and other purchased resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. Ownership and intellectual-property rights are not transferred. Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once access or delivery is provided, except where a refund is required by law or Job Drop confirms a duplicate charge, billing error, or material delivery failure.
7. Résumé and career tools
Résumé matching, templates, workbooks, interview materials, salary resources, and other career content are educational tools, not legal, financial, or professional employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing every résumé, application, and document before submitting it and for ensuring all statements about your education, experience, skills, and qualifications are truthful. Job Drop will not knowingly invent credentials or guarantee that applicant-tracking software will select a document.
8. Intellectual property
The Job Drop name, branding, site design, original text, databases, workflows, templates, workbooks, and other original materials are owned by Job Drop LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal-use license provided with a purchase, no rights are granted without written permission.
9. Third-party services and links
Job Drop links to employer websites, applicant-tracking systems, Stripe, authentication providers, and other third-party services that Job Drop does not control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not guarantee or endorse a third party’s conduct, availability, security, or accuracy.
10. Suspension and termination
Job Drop may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, account sharing, redistribution, misuse, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not erase payment obligations or provisions that by their nature should survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Drop is provided “as is” and “as available.” Job Drop disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Job Drop does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any listing or feature, or the accuracy of information controlled by employers or other third parties. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Drop LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost income, opportunities, data, or goodwill; employer conduct; application outcomes; or reliance on a third-party listing. Job Drop’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Job Drop during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Job Drop LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or false information you submit or distribute.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Job Drop and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Clayton County, Georgia. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court when eligible or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. Changes to these Terms
Job Drop may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account experience. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Membership, Billing and Cancellation Terms form the agreement between you and Job Drop regarding the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Job Drop’s consent.
